-------------------------------------------------------------------------

As I write this biography, it is mid-August 2008 and Final Plea is once again a
complete project and better than ever. With straight-forward Rock riffs,
hard-hitting drum lines, thundering Bass guitar, and a Lyrical-Hook in every song,
Final Plea is on it's way to Rockin' venues from Coast to Coast. - So let me tell
you how it all started.

The story begins back in the Spring of 2006 when the band MindRest had disbanded for
various reasons. At the time, Matt Sande was on Guitar and Luke Black was on Bass.
About a month later Matt had met a drummer named Hayden Early. Luke and Matt decided
to switch roles, putting Matt on Bass and Luke on Guitar. Hayden brought in Simon
Jones and the writing process began, thus Final Plea was born.

From late Spring through early Fall of 2006 Final Plea had made some real progress,
writing some good material and playing a few shows here and there. Unfortunately, in
December of 2006, Hayden Early announced that he was moving to California leaving
the band without a drummer and at a stand-still.

For more than a year, the band searched for a suitable drummer. Trying out many but
always coming up short, the band was steadily fading.

Tired of wasting time and energy, Matt was on the verge of joining another band. He
still had a feeling that there was a drummer out there for Final Plea, so Matt
decided to turn to the information highway and make one last go of searching. He saw
an ad that had been on a list for quite a while, but he just had this sense that it
was calling out to him, so Matt sent a reply. Fortunately for the band, this drummer
was still available.

In July of 2008, Leo McLaughlin tried out for Final Plea on Drums and it was like
magic. Matt, Simon, and Luke all agreed that Leo was that suitable drummer they had
been looking for. It just goes to show that patience really does pay off.

Within 4 rehearsals, the band's current lineup was shelling out tunes like they had
been together for quite some time. The vibe, the emotion, the dedication, and the
social aspect amongst the guys is perfect, like a brotherhood, and can only get
better.

With their first show on September 19th, 2008 and an opening slot for Uli Jon Roth
(Scorpions) on October 1st, 2008, the band is setting the pace for their soon-to-be
busy schedule.

Be sure to catch Final Plea's performance at a Venue near you and don't forget to
pick up some Merch to help support these guys!
